Room for everyone
Two families, one house
4 bedrooms (one made up on request), 3 bathrooms, and a media room and a retreat downstairs as well as the main lounge.
The kids get the pool and the rumpus. The adults get the covered deck and a long table.

The flats, the marina and the rainforest
Shoal Point beach and Green Island
Walk the flats when the tide is out, with soldier crabs underfoot and Green Island just offshore.

A walking path winds through the foreshore park right beside the beach, for morning walks and sunsets on the flats.

Boating and fishing
There is boat launch access from the beach at Shoal Point, good for small boats, and a fish off the point on a rising tide. Check the Queensland fishing rules and Marine Park zones first.
Cape Hillsborough, an easy day trip
Kangaroos and wallabies come down to the beach at first light, and Wedge Island sits just offshore.

Watch for platypus at Broken River, then follow the creek through the rainforest of Eungella National Park.

When do school holiday dates book out?
The summer holidays and Easter go first. The booking page shows what is still free for your dates before you pay.
Can two families share the house?
Yes, up to 8 guests between you, with 4 bedrooms (one made up on request) and 3 bathrooms. One person books and pays for everyone on Melissa Mitchell Property's secure booking page. A 50% deposit is paid when you book, and the balance is due 7 days before arrival.
Are cots or high chairs supplied?
Not confirmed yet. Ask Melissa Mitchell Property when you book.
What if our plans change?
If you cancel 7 or more days before arrival, 50% of what you have paid is refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, there is no refund.
