The in-ground pool belongs to the house. It is fully fenced, with a covered deck for shade, an open deck for the sun and lawn to spread out on.
The living and dining rooms open straight onto the pool terrace, so every meal can happen beside the water.

Yes. The in-ground pool belongs to the house and is used only by your group. It is fully fenced, with a covered deck, an open deck and lawn around it.
